Self Harm Project Ayrshire

The Ayrshire Self Harm Project was opened in 2005 to provide a non-judgemental, young people friendly and user led support service to young people who self-harm. We also explore the needs of family, carers and professionals in contact with young people who self harm.

The Project supports 16-25 years olds with a range of services including support groups and one to one counselling, as well as working throughout North Ayrshire to raise awareness of
self harm issues.

If you would like to get involved in the Project, we accept self referrals and referrals from agencies.
