Penumbra’s head office is based in The Albion Trust’s Norton Park Building. Norton Park opened in 1998 after being purchased by the Albion Trust and redeveloped to provide high quality, affordable office accommodation for the voluntary sector, mainly social welfare charities, in Edinburgh.

Head Office is the base for Penumbra’s Directorate, and is the organisational centre which supports Penumbra’s work through Finance, HR, Learning & Development, Fundraising and administration.
