Self Harm Project - Fife
The Fife Self Harm Project was opened in Kirkcaldy in 2005 to provide a non-judgemental, young people friendly and user led support service to young people who self-harm. We also explore the needs of family, carers and professionals in contact with young people who self harm.
The Project supports people aged 18+ with a range of services including support groups and one to one counselling, as well as working throughout Fife to raise awareness of self harm issues.
If you would like to get involved in the Project, we accept self referrals and referrals from agencies and family members.
