Recovery Outcomes Counter

Penumbra is very keen to explore personalisation issues with people who use our services in the coming years and has developed the Individual Recovery Outcomes Counter (i-ROC).

At Penumbra we feel it is important to know if the work we are doing is of value to those who use our services. We seek to enable people we work with to recover and to fulfil their potential. It is also important for you as a user of our services to know if what we do is working for you. In order to do this we want to ask you a series of questions that will tell us how you are feeling.

The questions relate to areas of life that we believe are important to mental health and well-being. They are in four sections entitled Home, Opportunity, People and Empowerment.
