Children’s Mental Health Week runs from the 4th to the 10th of February.
It was launched in 2015 by Place2Be as a way to raise awareness of children and young people’s mental health.
This year’s focus is on being Healthy: Inside and Out. Highlighting that physical and mental health are equally as important to a person’s overall wellbeing.
1 in 10 children suffer from mental health problems.
Last year we launched My Body My Way. Free resources aimed to help primary schools tackled negative body image in children.
