The campaign asked Scottish residents to perform small acts of kindness on this year’s St Andrew’s Day.
We decided to highlight the importance of reaching out to a friend, or family member to remind them how much they matter.
Mental ill health still has a stigma attached to it. Breaking down these barriers can make a huge difference to people’s lives, and it comes from the simplest idea of saying hello, or sending a quick text to someone that your haven’t spoken to in a while.

Our tweet was featured in The Canary, as they collected several of the messages that had gone out on St Andrew’s Day.
Thanks to everyone who shared our message and the many other acts of kindness on St Andrew’s Day.
