By Train: We are within easy walking distance of Haymarket station in Edinburgh. On leaving the station turn left and walk along Haymarket Terrace. Coates Gardens is the second road on the right. Cairdeas House is at number 5 on the left hand side of the road.
By Bus: Cairdeas House is well served by local buses, with all the following Lothian Bus routes stopping regularly on Haymarket Terrace at the end of Coates Gardens - 2, 3, 3A, 4,12, 25, 26, 31, 33, 44, 44A.
Routes 4, 12, 26, 44 & 44A connect to the main national Bus Station at St Andrews Square.
By Car:
From the North – leave the M90 at Junction 1 and continue on into the A90 across the Forth Road Bridge. Take the A90 heading for Edinburgh City Centre, follow this road for around 6km before turning right into Queensferry Terrace and continue on as it becomes Belford Road. Turn right into Douglas Gardens, and then take the second right into Eglinton Crescent. At the end of the crescent turn left into Coates Gardens. Cairdeas House is at number 5 on the right hand side.
From the North West and West – Follow the M8 until it ends at Hermiston Junction and take the A720 (City Bypass North). At Gogar roundabout, take the A8 heading for the City Centre. After around 6½km turn left into Coates Gardens. Cairdeas House is at number 5 on the left hand side.
From the South and East – Join the A720 (City Bypass Westbound). At Gogar roundabout, take the A8 heading for the City Centre. After about 6.4km turn left into Coates Gardens. Cairdeas House is at number 5 on the left hand side.
