The Self Harm Project Fife was opened in 2005 to provide a non-judgemental, friendly and user led support service to people who self-harm. We also explore the needs of family, carers and professionals in contact with people who self harm.

The Project supports people aged 18+ with a range of services including drop ins, coffee mornings and one to one session, as well as working throughout Fife to raise awareness of self harm issues.

If you would like to get involved in the Project, we accept self referrals and referrals from agencies and family members – please complete a referral form and Risk Assessment (Risk assessment to be completed by referrers only, not necessary with self referral):

Due to large numbers of people on our waiting list the Fife Self Harm Service will be closing the waiting list temporarily. We can send out some literature on self harm should people request it. We will re-open the waiting list as soon as possible

Kind Regards,

Staff at the Fife Self Harm Project.
