Our Spotlight newsletter goes out every month and features articles about mental health and wellbeing.
They cover a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and Alcohol Related Brain Damage (ARBD), while also exploring related topics such as how physical exercise can improve mental health and wellbeing in the the workplace. We regularly feature our staff and service users who wish to share their personal experiences.
We are happy to include your name and picture, or we can annonymise your story if you would prefer. Sharing your experience of mental health issues can be a powerful tool on the road to recovery. Many of our staff and service users have spoken of the empowerment it has brought them, knowing that their story can inspire others.
No writing experience necessary!
Don’t worry if you haven’t written an article before, or are not sure how to put your experience into words, we will be on hand to guide you and answer any questions you may have. We also consider submissions via video and audio.
