These 5k runs are held throughout Scotland each summer. Each venue has been carefully selected. They all take place exclusively within scenic parks that are both safe and pleasant running environments.

Standard entry costs from £6-12 and Penumbra encourages sponsors to aim for a £50 fundraising target for your efforts!
