Forth Rail Bridge Abseil - Sunday 10th June 2012 and Sunday 21st October 2012
Participants must be aged 16 years or over and are required to raise a minimum of £125 in sponsorship. No experience is necessary as instructors will ensure you are equipped with all you need to make your abseil as safe and enjoyable as possible. Parachuting
Calling all adrenaline junkies! No experience necessary. Why not sign up for parachuting at one of the many sites around the country! You can take part on your own or with friends and family, and have the experience of a lifetime. If you raise your minimum sponsorship amount, you jump for free! The money you raise will help us continue to support young people and adults throughout Scotland affected by mental ill health.
