E115/18 – Support Manager – Edinburgh Supported Living Service

Job description

Edinburgh Supported Living service is registered with the Care Inspectorate as a Housing Support service, with Care at Home and assists people who use the service to establish and maintain a meaningful and fulfilling life in their own homes and in the community. We offer recovery focused, practical and emotional support to enable people to identify and work towards desired outcomes.

The Support Manager will oversee an area of Edinburgh within this service which will require them to lead a staff team whilst working alongside other managers and their teams as part of the management team for this combined service.

As Support Manager you will have responsibility for ensuring the service is run effectively by supporting and supervising staff, maintaining documentation, recording and reporting internal and external information.
