E88/18 – Peer Worker – Firhill and St Stephens Court

Job description
You will be working across the Firhill and St Stephen’s Court services as part of a multi-agency approach to supporting people in their own shared and individual tenancies.

You will assist supported people to establish and maintain meaningful and fulfilling links in the community and support them to identify their desired outcomes. You will support people to achieve these desired outcomes by being a role model/ facilitator, using own lived experience of recovery.
