N63/19 – Recovery Practitioner – 1st Response Moray

Job description

To assist people who use the service to establish and maintain a meaningful and fulfilling life in the community. Recovery Practitioners play a central role in the planning and provision of quality, recovery focused support to people who use the service.

1st Response Moray is a new and innovative service, delivering a time-limited and supportive problem-solving contact with a person in distress. Driven by the need to respond to distress with a coordinated and connected approach, 1st Response Moray is underpinned by the core value of responding with compassion.

Comprising of a two level model, the service receives referrals from Level 1 frontline partners working across primary and secondary care and the emergency services. Level 2 responses involve making contact within 24 hours of referral to provide wellness and distress management planning and community-based supported connections and signposting for a period of up to 14 days.

Salary £18,777 – £19,788 per annum pro rata (£9.96 – £10.50/hr equivalent)
