Our Aberdeen 1st Response Support Service offers practical and emotional support if you’re experiencing thoughts of suicide, if you have attempted suicide, or if you’re reaching a point of emotional distress.
How does it work?
Using our recovery tools, our team will support you in a compassionate and non-judgemental way to safely plan your next steps. We can help you to develop skills and strategies to manage your wellbeing into the future. Many of team members have lived experience of recovery in mental health and bring their own insight to support you on your journey.
How do I access support?
All you have to do is contact us on our freephone number or drop us an email. We are open Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. The service is also available to family members, carers or friends.
