Our WELL Aberdeen City service provides compassionate and non-judgemental support for people aged 16 and over experiencing issues around mental health. Our service helps to address issues such as social isolation and promotes wellbeing, participation & inclusion, physical exercise and self-management through 1:1 and group workshops.
How does it work?
Our team will work with you using recovery tools to discover what matters to you, to develop skills and strategies to help you maintain good wellbeing, and to connect you into meaningful community resources.
Our practitioners will listen to you without judgment. We can support you to explore your current situation and work with you to plan your next steps.
Many of team members have lived experience of recovery in mental health and bring their own insight to support you on your journey. The team will also develop peer networks so that you can access support within your local area from people with lived experience.
