Our support is offered on a one-to-one basis for a fixed period of time. There are also opportunities to participate in group workshops and other activities. Our team will work with you using recovery tools to discover what matters to you, to develop skills and strategies to help you maintain good wellbeing, and to connect into meaningful community resources. Many of team members have lived experience of recovery in mental health and bring their own insight to support you on your journey.

Our support is offered on a one-to-one basis for a fixed period of time. Our team will work with you using recovery tools to discover what matters to you, to develop skills and strategies to help you maintain good wellbeing, and to connect into meaningful community resources. Many of team members have lived experience of recovery in mental health and bring their own insight to support you on your journey. To access the service, you need to be registered with a GP practice in Haddington, Musselburgh, Tranent and Ormiston.
